Exhibition Sponsorship Information

In order to include a somewhat heavier emphasis on the practitioner side of Environmental Informatics, an exhibition will be organized during the conference. Companies and organizations interested in presenting their products (software and hardware) are encouraged to register and participate.

Each exhibitor will be assigned a clothed and skirted table measuring 8 foot X 30 inches. One standard 110 plug will be available for each table.

NOTE to SPONSORS/ EXHIBITORS: Even if you register online, you still need to fill out the Sponsor/ Exhibitor registration form. This form can be faxed (270-745-1911).

Shipping and Receiving

Incoming packages can be sent directly to the hotel at the address listed below. Receipt at the hotel should be within three days prior to the conference. Boxes left on premises for more than one week following the conference will be discarded. Any item over 250 pounds must be delivered to a drayage company; the hotel can assist with these arrangements.
